Director of the Budget authorized to transfer up to $94,000,000 from the Repairs and Renovations Reserve Account to cover Medicaid provider payments for the 2011-2012 fiscal year.

Transfers limited to amounts actually required to pay Medicaid providers through the end of the 2011-2012 fiscal year, with any excess funds returned to the Repairs and Renovations Reserve Account.

Unneeded transfer authority lapses immediately upon determination that full appropriated amounts are not required for provider payments.

Office of State Budget and Management and Department of Health and Human Services required to report on measures taken under this section by October 1, 2012, to legislative committees.

Effective upon becoming law, ratified June 21, 2012, and approved June 25, 2012.
