Extends the corporate limits of the City of Wilmington to include the Belle Meade Plaza Tract, containing 34.69 acres in New Hanover County, with various easements for utilities and access preserved.

Annexes the Lockwood Village Apartments Tract of 4.42 acres located at the intersection of Greenbriar Road and South College Road (NC Highway 132).

Incorporates a 28.919-acre parcel in Masonboro Township along the Cape Fear River and Barnard's Creek into city limits.

Adds the Magnolia Trace Tract of 6.42 acres bounded by Carolina Beach Road, Silver Lake Baptist Church property, and South College Road Associates property.

Effective date is July 1, 2012.
