Exempts bona fide farms from a municipality's extraterritorial jurisdiction under G.S. 160A-360.

Clarifies the definition of "bona fide farm purposes" to include production and activities relating to crops, fruits, vegetables, ornamental and flowering plants, dairy, livestock, poultry, and all forms of agriculture as defined in G.S. 106-581.1.

Prohibits annexation of land being used for bona fide farm purposes without written consent of the property owner.

Recognizes "Goodness Grows in North Carolina" products produced on farms subject to conservation agreements as bona fide farm purposes.
