Requires the General Statutes Commission to identify all collateral consequences associated with criminal convictions in North Carolina statutes.

Commission must consult with the School of Government and the Administrative Office of the Courts during the review.

Report must identify which criminal offenses carry ambiguous or multiple types of consequences under statute or rule.

Report must recommend whether collateral consequences should be consolidated into one section of the General Statutes or organized through another method to provide clarity and consistency.

Report due to the General Assembly by the beginning of the 2012 Regular Session.
