Exempts vehicles hauling unhardened ready-mixed concrete from gross weight and axle weight limits under G.S. 20-118(c), provided specific conditions are met.

Exempted vehicles must not operate on interstate highways, posted light-traffic roads, or exceed any posted bridge weight limits.

Allows maximum gross weight of 66,000 pounds for three-axle vehicles with single-axle weight not exceeding 22,000 pounds and tandem-axle weight not exceeding 46,000 pounds, with minimum 21 feet between center of first and third axle.

Prohibits application of additional weight allowances or tolerance provisions to the exempted vehicles.

Effective October 1, 2011, for offenses committed on or after that date.
