Creates the State Historic Sites Fund as a special, interest-bearing, nonreverting fund within the Division of State Historic Sites to be used for operation, interpretation, maintenance, preservation, development, and expansion of all State Historic Sites.

Directs all receipts from leases, rentals, property dispositions, land products, and admissions/fees collected at State Historic Sites to be credited to the Fund rather than reverting to the General Fund under Chapter 146.

Requires the Department to submit annual reports by September 30 to the Joint Legislative Commission on Governmental Operations, House and Senate Appropriations Subcommittees on General Government, and Fiscal Research Division detailing all Fund sources, amounts, expenditures, and purposes.

Exempts the Bentonville Battlefield Historic Site from this fund provision.

Effective July 1, 2011.
