• Requires each clerk of superior court office to maintain a minimum of five total staff positions in addition to the elected clerk of superior court
• The numbers and salaries of staff positions remain subject to determination by the Administrative Officer of the Courts in consultation with individual clerks
• All personnel in clerk's offices are state employees and remain subject to job classification, salary approval, and available appropriated funds
• Effective date: July 1, 2011
