• Authorizes the Town of Pinebluff to preserve 13 parcels of undeveloped property as parkland, including the Well Spring Property, Sanitarium Property, and Delano Park.

• Properties may only be used as parks, nature preserves, or similar amenities and cannot be sold except to governmental or nonprofit organizations with restrictions preserving the same uses.

• Allows the Town to use up to 15 acres of the preserved land for other lawful governmental purposes, including construction of fire stations or town halls.

• Permits vegetation management only under plans prepared by qualified professionals, except for pine straw collection and emergency work, and authorizes continuation of existing public utilities and well sites on the properties.

• After 50 years, the Town Board of Commissioners may remove or modify restrictions with approval of at least 60% of residents voting in a referendum held during a general election.
