Allows Camden County to expand its watershed improvement commission from three to five members, giving the board of county commissioners discretion to make this change.

Members serve six-year terms, except initial appointments where one member may serve two years and another four years to stagger terms.

Commission must select a chair, vice-chair, and secretary-treasurer at its first meeting to serve two-year terms and meet in regular session at least quarterly.

If the Board of Commissioners expands from three to five members, the two new members' initial terms shall not exceed six years as determined by the board, with successors serving standard six-year terms.

Applies only to Camden County and became effective upon passage on June 15, 2011.
