Honors the Town of Wagram, located in Scotland County, on the occasion of its 100th anniversary, having been incorporated on February 27, 1911.

Recognizes the town's founders, including brothers James and William Williams who named the town, and its first commissioners W.G. Buie, S.J. Womble, and E.C. Smith, with J.R. Bundy as the first mayor.

Acknowledges Wagram's notable natural attractions, including Chalk Banks State Park (one of North Carolina's Top 10 Natural Wonders) and the Lumber River, the state's only blackwater river designated as a National Wild and Scenic River.

Encourages all North Carolinians to participate in activities commemorating the town's centennial celebration.

Directs the Principal Clerk to transmit a certified copy of the resolution to the Mayor of Wagram.
