Establishes the boundary between the Broadway and Moravian Falls Fire Tax Districts in Wilkes County, North Carolina, in the area between Jessie Reins Road/Brushy Mountain Road and Fox Run Subdivision/Country Club Road Extension.

Transfers 49 specified parcels (listed by parcel ID numbers) from the Moravian Falls Fire Tax District to the Broadway Fire Tax District.

Includes Fox Run Subdivision (as recorded at Map Book 7, Page 58 in the Wilkes County Register of Deeds) within the Moravian Falls Fire Tax District.

Validates all prior collections of fire tax revenues by Wilkes County in the affected areas, regardless of which fire tax district or volunteer fire department received the revenues.

Allows for future modifications to either fire tax district boundary through Chapter 69 of the North Carolina General Statutes or other applicable law.
