Removes approximately 21 acres from the corporate limits of the City of Raleigh located in Wake Forest Township along the Highway 98 bypass right-of-way.

Annexes the same 21-acre area to the corporate limits of the Town of Wake Forest as requested by both municipalities.

The removed territory is specifically described by metes and bounds, beginning at a corner in the southeastern right-of-way of Old NC 98 and including portions of the Highway 98 (Dr. Calvin Jones Highway) right-of-way and Wakefield Plantation Drive area.

Becomes effective June 30, 2011.
