Exempts youth employed in agriculture on family farms from minimum wage, overtime, and youth employment restrictions under North Carolina labor law.

Applies exemption only when youth are employed by parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, legal guardians, or persons standing in loco parentis.

Allows youth ages 14-15 to work in agricultural occupations without restrictions that normally apply to non-agricultural youth employment in the state.

Effective upon enactment and applies to all youth employed on family farms after the law takes effect.
