Adjourns the 2011 regular session on Friday, June 17, 2011, and reconvenes on Wednesday, July 13, 2011, at 12:00 noon.

Limits matters during reconvened session to redistricting bills (Senate, House, and Congressional districts), gubernatorial veto overrides, State Board of Community Colleges vacancies, and technical corrections to the 2011 appropriations act.

Permits consideration of local education bills, community college bills, charter school bills, election law bills, and joint resolutions for further adjournment.

Authorizes House and Senate Redistricting Committees to meet during the interim period, with other committees authorized to meet only if approved by the Speaker or President Pro Tempore.

Members are not entitled to subsistence and travel allowances during the intervening days of adjournment.
