Changes room occupancy tax distribution from quarterly to monthly basis to the Averasboro Township Tourism Development Authority.

Expands Tourism Development Authority membership from seven to nine members, including three hotel/motel operators appointed by the Authority and adjusts ex officio positions to include a Dunn City Council member.

Modifies appointment procedures so the Dunn Area Chamber of Commerce President or designee and tourism promotion individuals are appointed by the Authority rather than the board of commissioners.

Adds authority for the Tourism Development Authority to finance tourist-related capital projects in Averasboro Township.

Makes the City of Dunn's Finance Officer the ex officio finance officer of the Authority, replacing the Harnett County Finance Officer.
