Allows Iredell County's board of commissioners to establish a satellite office for the register of deeds at a location outside the county seat of government by resolution.

Requires the register of deeds to certify that recording and indexing procedures at the satellite office comply with state law and have been approved by the Secretary of State before the office is established.

Authorizes documents recorded at the satellite office to have the same legal validity as documents recorded at the main register of deeds office.

Applies only to Iredell County and becomes effective upon enactment.
