Directs the Joint Legislative Program Evaluation Oversight Committee to include a study of the State's motor fleet management program in the Department of Administration in the 2011-2012 Work Plan for the Program Evaluation Division.

Requires the study to evaluate current operating procedures and identify potential cost-savings and efficiency improvements in the State's motor fleet management program.

Mandates the Program Evaluation Division submit its findings and recommendations to the Joint Legislative Program Evaluation Oversight Committee, the Joint Legislative Transportation Oversight Committee, and the Fiscal Research Division.

Becomes effective upon enactment.
