Exempts structures associated with animal husbandry programs operated by local school administrative units and located on school property from building code requirements.

Adds this exemption to existing exemptions for farm buildings located outside municipal building-rules jurisdiction and greenhouses located inside municipal jurisdictions.

Defines "farm building" to include structures used for equine activities such as care, management, boarding, training of horses, and rider instruction, including sheds, barns, and equipment storage structures.

Specifies that farm buildings used for spectator events with more than 10 members of the public present do not qualify for the exemption.

Effective upon enactment.
