Appropriates $848,925 from the General Fund to the Department of Commerce for each of fiscal years 2011-2012 and 2012-2013, to be allocated to the High Point Market Authority for market support.

Appropriates $1,200,000 from the Highway Fund to the Department of Transportation for each of fiscal years 2011-2012 and 2012-2013, to be allocated to the High Point Market Authority for transportation services.

Total appropriation of $4,097,850 over two fiscal years for the High Point Market, which is described as the world's largest home furnishings industry trade show attracting over 160,000 annual attendees and generating $1.2 billion in economic impact.

Becomes effective July 1, 2011.
