NC S212

Amends G.S. 161-14 to allow registers of deeds to immediately register cemetery maps that lack a surveyor's stamp, seal, or original surveyor signature under specific circumstances.

Applies only to maps of cemeteries that were divided into sections based on race where the other portion of the map was already properly registered.

Requires the unregistered portion to meet all other registration requirements except for the surveyor's stamp, seal, and original signature.

Became effective upon passage on May 12, 2011.
