Establishes a study committee to review current expunction statutes relating to dismissals and not guilty verdicts.

Committee shall include representatives from the criminal justice community, including district attorneys and the defense bar.

Committee is tasked with making recommendations for expunction procedures to ensure dismissals and not guilty findings are not unfairly prejudicial.

President Pro Tempore of the Senate and Speaker of the House shall each designate a cochair of the committee.

Committee must report findings to the General Assembly no later than the beginning of the 2012 Regular Session.
