Establishes the Pedorthist Licensure Act, requiring all persons practicing pedorthics in North Carolina to obtain a license from the North Carolina Pedorthist Licensure Board, effective January 1, 2012.

Creates a seven-member licensing board consisting of four licensed pedorthists, two podiatrists, and one public member, with staggered three-year terms and appointments by the General Assembly and Governor.

Sets licensure requirements including minimum age of 18, high school diploma, good moral character, Board for Certification in Pedorthics (BCP) certification, and application fees not to exceed $350.

Authorizes the Board to establish continuing education requirements, adopt ethical standards, investigate violations, and impose disciplinary actions including license denial, suspension, revocation, probation, and reprimands.

Allows persons actively engaged as pedorthists for three consecutive years before the act's effective date to obtain a license without meeting standard qualifications, provided they apply within one year.
