Permits holders of commercial permits, distiller broker representative permits, or distiller representative permits to conduct consumer tasting events at ABC stores.

Limits each consumer to tasting samples totaling no more than 1.5 ounces of spirituous liquor per calendar day with no charge to consumers.

Requires that spirituous liquor used in tasting events be purchased at regular sales price from the ABC store where the event is held.

Prohibits tasting samples from being offered to or consumed by persons under the legal drinking age and restricts tastings when spirituous liquor sales are otherwise prohibited on the premises.

Allows permit holders to furnish point-of-sale advertising materials and to advertise events through any media including print, radio, television, internet, and signage with event details.
