Amends Senate Rule 40.1(b) to extend the public bill request and filing deadline from Friday, March 11, 2011 to Friday, March 25, 2011.

Changes the Bill Drafting Division submission deadline from Wednesday, March 23, 2011 to Tuesday, April 12, 2011 for bills to be treated as timely filed.

Applies to all public bills and resolutions except those adjourning the General Assembly.

Effective upon adoption on March 10, 2011.
