Creates the State Historic Sites Fund as a special, interest-bearing revenue fund within the Division of State Historic Sites.

Fund consists of revenues from lease/rental of property, disposition of structures or land products, and admissions and fees collected at individual State Historic Sites.

Revenues may only be used for operation, interpretation, maintenance, preservation, development, and expansion of the specific State Historic Site where receipts are generated.

Applies to all State Historic Sites under Division control except Bentonville Battlefield State Historic Site, which remains subject to existing law.

Requires Department of Cultural Resources to submit annual reports by September 30 to legislative committees detailing fund sources, amounts, and expenditures from prior fiscal year.
