Appropriates $3,500,000 in recurring General Fund dollars to the Board of Governors of The University of North Carolina for the 2011-2012 fiscal year, allocated to East Carolina University's School of Dental Medicine for support and operating expenses.

Appropriates an additional $1,500,000 in recurring General Fund dollars for the 2012-2013 fiscal year, also allocated to East Carolina University's School of Dental Medicine for support and operating expenses.

Total appropriation of $5,000,000 over the two fiscal years for the dental school.

Effective July 1, 2011.
