Senate Bill 439 - ABC Permit Issuance

• Requires all persons issued an alcoholic beverage (ABC) permit to have a valid Social Security number or valid U.S. government documentation demonstrating legal presence in the United States.

• Prohibits the ABC Commission from issuing special one-time permits less than 10 business days before any qualifying event.

• Requires the ABC Commission to notify the Alcohol Law Enforcement (ALE) Division within three business days of issuing a special one-time permit, including the applicant's name and address, event address, and any permit conditions.

• Effective upon enactment and applies to all permits issued on or after that date.
