Exempts vehicles hauling live poultry from the farm of origin to any processing facility within 150 miles from state vehicle weight limits.

Adds live poultry transport to existing exemption that previously applied only to agricultural crops being hauled to market within 150 miles.

Maintains restrictions that exempt vehicles cannot operate on interstate highways or exceed posted bridge weight limits.

Preserves weight limits of 22,000 pounds per single axle, 42,000 pounds per tandem axle, and 90,000 pounds gross weight for exempt vehicles.

Effective December 1, 2011, and applies to offenses committed on or after that date.
