Extends the sunset date for the North Carolina Sustainable Local Food Advisory Council from July 31, 2012 to July 31, 2015.

Council consists of 27 members representing food producers, agricultural organizations, government agencies, universities, and food-related industries appointed by legislative leaders and the Governor.

Replaces the North Carolina Farm Transition Network, Inc. representative with a Conservation Trust for North Carolina representative on the Council.

Council may develop sustainable local food programs and policies addressing school meal programs, food assistance, urban gardening, economic development, regulatory barriers, and local food infrastructure.

Removes clause allowing Council to consider "any other program and policy issues" beyond those specified in the statute.
