Amends G.S. 106-22 to add administration of the North Carolina Century Farms Program as a joint duty of the Commissioner of Agriculture and the Board of Agriculture.

Establishes the Century Farms Program to recognize farms in North Carolina that have been continuously owned by the same family for at least 100 years.

Becomes effective July 1, 2011.
