Compliance with North Carolina tax laws (Chapter 105 of General Statutes) becomes a condition of holding an ABC permit for alcoholic beverages.

ABC permit holders applying for renewal or annual registration must submit a certification that they have timely filed all required tax returns and have no overdue tax debt.

Failure to timely file a tax return or failure to pay overdue tax debt are grounds for revoking an ABC permit.

Authorizes the disclosure of tax information by state tax officials to the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission for determining permit holder tax compliance.

Becomes effective upon enactment.
