Amends G.S. 95-131 to clarify that the exemption from occupational health and safety standards applies to all businesses engaged in agriculture as defined in G.S. 106-581.1.

Expands the definition of agriculture in G.S. 106-581.1(6) to include marketing, selling, packing, processing, and storage of agricultural products when performed on the farm.

Extends the agricultural exemption to include agritourism activities and the storage and use of materials for agricultural purposes on the farm.

Clarifies that agricultural exemptions apply to value-added activities involving commodities purchased or consigned for use on the farm or to fulfill sales contracts for farm-produced goods.

Becomes effective upon passage into law.
