Permits medical groups and hospitals to submit claims for locum tenens physician services substituting for regular physicians who are group members or hospital employees, with locum tenens physicians limited to 90 consecutive days per patient.

Allows credentialed locum tenens physicians to substitute for solo practitioners or other regular physicians without requiring a statement of supervision from another physician.

Permits locum tenens agencies to contract with physicians, medical groups, and hospitals to provide placement and administrative services, provided fees are reasonably related to services rendered and the agency does not interfere with physician clinical judgment.

Grants pharmacists licensed in North Carolina authority to administer influenza vaccine to patients aged 14 years and older under existing regulatory frameworks.
