Requires nonprofit corporations organized under North Carolina law to submit an annual report to the Secretary of State in paper or electronic form.

Annual report must include the corporation's name, registered office address and agent, principal office address and phone number, names and titles of principal officers, and a brief description of business activities.

Corporations may certify that information has not changed instead of resubmitting details if the most recent annual report remains current.

Annual report is due by the 15th day of the fourth month following the close of the corporation's fiscal year, with a 30-day correction period if deficiencies are found.

The Secretary of State may presume a report delinquent if not received within 120 days of the due date; effective October 1, 2011.
