Creates an 11-member Radiologist Assistant Licensure Study Commission with members appointed by the Governor, Speaker of the House, and President Pro Tempore of the Senate, including physicians, hospital representatives, radiologists, radiologist assistants, and other health care providers.

Directs the Commission to determine the number of individuals who may qualify for radiologist assistant licensure, assess the need for licensure and regulation, establish appropriate supervision levels and practice parameters, and develop cost estimates for a Medical Board committee to regulate radiologist assistants.

Requires the Commission to develop draft legislation for presentation to the 2012 Regular Session of the General Assembly and submit a final report with recommendations, legislative proposals, and cost analyses.

Appropriates $25,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2011-2012 to cover the Commission's operational costs.

Takes effect July 1, 2011, and the Commission terminates upon filing its report.
