Adds Robeson County to the list of counties where hunting and fishing on another's property without written permission is prohibited, joining Hoke, Cleveland, and Scotland Counties.

Amends Section 4 of Chapter 204 of the 1985 Session Laws to include Robeson County in the geographic scope of the hunting and fishing restriction law.

Becomes effective October 1, 2011, and applies to offenses committed on or after that date.
