Increases driver's license fees from $4.00 to $5.00 per year for Classes A, B, and C, with $1.00 of each fee credited to the North Carolina Mobility Fund

Raises motor vehicle title and registration fees, including certificate of title applications from $40.00 to $50.00 and duplicate certificates from $15.00 to $20.00, with $10.00 or $5.00 per transaction credited to the Mobility Fund

Increases private passenger vehicle registration fees from $28.00 to $35.00 annually, with fees exceeding $28.00 credited to the North Carolina Mobility Fund

Raises house trailer registration fees from $11.00 to $25.00 and semitrailer/trailer fees from $19.00 to $25.00, with excess amounts over previous fees credited to the Mobility Fund

Increases one-day title service fee from $75.00 to $100.00, with $75.00 going to the Highway Trust Fund and the $25.00 increase credited to the North Carolina Mobility Fund

Becomes effective July 1, 2011
