Requires that all satellite early voting sites within a county be open at least the same number of days per week and hours per day as the county board of elections office for general elections in even-numbered years.

Applies to counties that have established satellite early voting (one-stop) sites under existing law that require State Board of Elections approval and a Plan for Implementation.

Satellite sites must maintain voting hour parity with the county board of elections office or an approved replacement site proximate to it.

Effective for all elections conducted on or after January 1, 2012.
