Limits regulation of property finder agreements to only those involving property that is presumed abandoned, removing references to property that is "distributable to the owner"

Voids and makes unenforceable any property finder agreement entered into from the date property is presumed abandoned through 24 months after the property is paid or delivered to the State Treasurer

Preserves an exception allowing owners to enter into agreements with attorneys to file claims, pursue special proceedings for identified property, or contest denial of claims or petitions

Becomes effective October 1, 2011
