• Requires drivers licenses of limited duration to bear a distinguishing mark clearly denoting their limited duration status.

• Expands the list of items farmers can transport without licensing to include livestock, live poultry, animal waste, herbicides, fungicides, and seeds; allows header trailers to be transported to/from dealers without licensing.

• Establishes new weight exemptions for vehicles transporting agricultural crops, aggregates, wood residuals, and ready-mixed concrete under specified conditions regarding routes, weight limits, and axle configurations.

• Modifies window tinting regulations to require compliance with federal regulations (49 CFR Part 393) for commercial vehicles and removes tinting exceptions for for-hire passenger vehicles and common carriers of passengers.

• Prohibits disclosure of toll collection account information as public records while allowing account holders to access their own information and authorizing inspection by court order; restricts Department of Transportation from constructing medians or barriers on specified highway sections without legislative authorization.
