Revenue Laws Study Committee shall study methods of providing tax benefits to offset tuition expenses for low- or moderate-income families seeking nonpublic school or tuition-charging public school education.

Study Committee cochairs may appoint an advisory subcommittee with no more than 10 members, including up to 4 non-legislators.

Local Government Commission may designate an individual to participate in subcommittee deliberations in an ex officio, nonvoting capacity.

Committee shall report findings, recommendations, and any legislative proposals to the 2012 Regular Session of the General Assembly upon convening.

Act is effective upon becoming law.
