Adjourns the 2011 regular session on November 7, 2011, and reconvenes on November 27, 2011 at 8:00 p.m., limiting consideration to redistricting, Voting Rights Act responses, election laws, gubernatorial vetoes, tribal compacts, natural disasters, appointments, conference reports, local bills, and LME governance changes.

Adjourns on November 29, 2011, and reconvenes on February 16, 2012 at 12:00 noon, restricting matters to redistricting, Voting Rights Act responses, election laws, and gubernatorial vetoes.

Adjourns on February 18, 2012, and reconvenes on April 23, 2012 at 12:00 noon, limiting consideration to redistricting, Voting Rights Act responses, election laws, and gubernatorial vetoes.

Adjourns on April 25, 2012, and reconvenes on May 16, 2012 at 12:00 noon, allowing consideration of fiscal year 2012-2013 budget bills, constitutional amendments, bills from prior readings, commission recommendations, local bills, board appointments, and redistricting matters.

Authorizes the Speaker of the House and President Pro Tempore of the Senate to permit committees to meet during interims to review budget matters, prepare reports, and consider other appropriate matters.
