Consolidates environmental and natural resources reporting requirements by modifying hazardous waste management, inactive hazardous sites, and petroleum underground storage tank reporting deadlines and recipients.

Changes hazardous waste management program report deadline from October 1 to January 1 annually and expands recipients to include General Assembly, Fiscal Research Division, and both Senate and House Appropriations Subcommittees on Natural and Economic Resources.

Removes detailed mercury switch removal program reporting requirements (items 1-5) effective December 31, 2017 and replaces them with general mercury minimization plan reporting focused on capture rates and implementation costs.

Adds requirement for Department to report annually to each General Assembly member about inactive hazardous substance or waste disposal sites in their district, including site location, hazardous materials present, and last action dates.

Changes petroleum underground storage tank fund report deadline from September 1 to November 1 annually and eliminates requirement to report on Loan Fund condition and activity.
