Requires the North Carolina Appraisal Board to report annually to the Department of Revenue information about all registered appraisal management companies.

Mandates reporting of company name, business address, agent for service of process if out-of-state, legal structure, employer identification number or social security number, and Secretary of State identification number.

Maintains existing Board requirements to keep a list of all applicants for registration and a public roster of registered appraisal management companies showing their officers, directors, and disciplinary actions.

Requires registered appraisal management companies to maintain records related to services provided for five years unless the Board prescribes otherwise by rule.

Takes effect December 1, 2012 for the reporting requirement; other provisions effective upon enactment.
