Appropriates $1,200,000 from the Highway Fund to the Department of Transportation for fiscal year 2012-2013 for transportation services associated with the High Point Market.

Recognizes the High Point Market as the largest home furnishings industry trade show in the world, attracting over 170,000 annual attendees with a $1.2 billion economic impact to North Carolina.
