Martin County Board of Education must convey Bear Grass School property to the Town of Bear Grass on a lease-to-purchase basis within 30 days of the act becoming effective.

Property conveyance includes real and personal property at Martin County Parcel I.D. # 0400883, located at 6344 East Bear Grass Road, Williamston, North Carolina.

Town of Bear Grass shall pay $45,000 per year for 10 years as lease payments, with first payment due within 30 days of the act becoming law.

Town of Bear Grass shall pay $1.00 to purchase the property outright at the end of the 10-year lease period.

Act becomes effective upon enactment.
