Adds human trafficking under G.S. 14-43.11 to the list of sexually violent offenses requiring sex offender registration when committed against a minor under 18 years of age or an adult subjected to sexual servitude.

Expands the definition of "sexually violent offense" in G.S. 14-208.6(5) to include qualifying human trafficking convictions alongside existing sexual offense statutes.

Applies retroactively to offenses committed on or after December 1, 2012.
