Permits the City of Fayetteville to disclose limited personnel information regarding police disciplinary cases to members of the Citizen Complaint Review Board.

Allows the city manager or police chief to release the disposition of disciplinary charges and supporting facts to the Review Board, and may release dispositions to alleged victims or their survivors.

Requires Board members to maintain confidentiality of all personnel information released that is not public record, with violations subject to penalties under existing law.

Mandates each Board member execute a confidentiality agreement satisfactory to the city before receiving disciplinary information.

Becomes effective March 1, 2013, and applies only to the City of Fayetteville.
