Removes approximately 547.64 acres of land from the corporate limits of the Town of Burgaw in Pender County, North Carolina, with property descriptions for two specified tracts.

Property subject to existing right-of-way in favor of Four County Electric Membership Corporation recorded in Book 226, Page 282 of the Pender County Registry.

Town of Burgaw retains the right to collect or foreclose on any ad valorem tax liens or special assessment liens outstanding before the effective date on the deannexed property.

Becomes effective July 1, 2012.
