Recognizes the Towns of Dunn and Garner as 2013 All-America City Award honorees, named on June 16, 2013, as two of 10 communities nationwide receiving the award.

Acknowledges Dunn's community projects including development of Central Harnett Hospital, revitalization of City Center with infrastructure upgrades, and establishment of Police Athletic/Activities League serving up to 300 youth annually.

Acknowledges Garner's community projects including a $500,000 Veterans Memorial at Lake Benson Park honoring 67 fallen veterans, Community of Hope Ministries serving at-risk students, and the Garner Performing Arts Center reaching 120 theater campers annually.

Honors the memory of the founders and early leaders of both towns for their historical contributions.

Directs the Principal Clerk to transmit certified copies of the resolution to the Mayors of Dunn and Garner.
